Publicly Traded Companies.

If you need to take a company public we can help.  We provide a service to help you take an aged or new Wyoming corporation public.  We have helped a number of companies to become publicly traded.

The following points need to be  considered before calling us on this service:

  • It will take at least 6 to 9 months to get listed on the NASDAQ exchange.
  • You must have a real ongoing business.
  • The business must be auditable.
  • You must have a plan for the company which explains how you are going to expand it using the money from selling shares.
  • The company must have operating capital.  The more you can put into it the easier it is to get it approved.
  • The costs range from $40,000 to $85,000 and a small amount of shares, depending upon the number of audits that have to be done and how complex your company is. This fee does not include all attorney, accounting and governmental fees.
  • Most of the costs are in the first three months.

Using this service will most likely save you much time and money, as we know the pit falls and also how to speed the process.  If you would like to talk further about this, please call us at 1-800-990-0433.

If you are looking for a Publicly Traded Shell corporation, we do not have any and do not know of any for sale. The SEC has changed the law on Public Shell corporations, as of August 2005, and has made it much harder to reverse merge into a Shell corporation.

Another difference between Nevada and Wyoming

You normally need a public company to be able to issue millions or billions of shares of stock.  If you do this in Nevada, your cost will be around $35,000.00, per year.  Your cost in Wyoming will be $50.00.  Wyoming allows a company to issue as many shares as they want, without billing extra for them.  So if you are thinking of starting a public company, or if you think you may want to take your company public, Wyoming may be the best place to incorporate.
